PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PP-R pipeline is a new product widely used in developed countries in the world. Homogeneous fusion technology is adopted in cold and hot water transportation projects. Its comprehensive technical performance and economic indicators are far superior to other similar products. Especially its excellent hygienic performance, it can meet extremely high hygienic and environmental protection requirements in the whole process of production, use and waste recycling.

Our raw materials
The performance of raw materials plays a decisive role in the quality of pipeline system. WIBOSN adopts food-grade raw materials, which are widely used in the manufacture of milk bottles, water cups and other food utensils. We have established close partnerships with Borealis, BASELL and Borouge. Their superior physical and chemical properties enable permanent integrated connection by hot melting and welding of WIBOSN pipes.

（3）更耐低温：WIBOSN威伯森PPR净水管道系列在-20℃时仍能保持良好韧性，比传统塑料管材更适合在冬季低温条件下安装使用。
（4）连接方便可靠：WIBOSN威伯森PPR净水管道系列具有良好的热熔连接性能，采用高品质热熔工具，在260±5℃温度下完成热熔连接，连接点密封性优异，不会因温度变化漏水。
Performance of our products
WIBOSN Pipeline System adopts high-performance polypropylene material synthesized by the world's leading polymerization technology. Its high temperature resistance and long service life are far better than other ordinary plastic pipes on the market.
Advantages:
(1) Longer service life: WIBOSN PPR water purification pipes can serve up to 100 years.
(2) Excellent heat resistance: WIBOSN PPR pipes can be used intermittently under 95℃.
(3) Good low-temperature resistance: WIBOSN PPR pipes maintain great toughness at -20℃, more suitable for winter construction than traditional plastic pipes.
(4) Easy & reliable connection: WIBOSN PPR pipes feature excellent hot-melt performance. Joints melted at 260±5℃ have outstanding tightness without leakage caused by temperature fluctuation.
